Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you will receive tracking details via email once shipped. Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹2500 within India.

As chocolates are sensitive to heat, we use insulated packaging during warmer months. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand. Truffella Chocolatier is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery details.
