Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we do not generally accept returns. However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

The product was delivered damaged

The wrong item was delivered.
To request assistance, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof of the issue. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
